This property is in Marion County Arkansas but will have a Theodosia MO. mailing address.Unique off the grid solar powered camp adjoining government land on Bull Shoals Lake( if you want electric service, it's available). Abundant wildlife, including deer, turkey, black bear, bob cats etc. All wooded 13+ acres more or less offers privacy, peace and quiet. Easy walk to the lake to fish for bass and catfish. The builder reports there is a rain water catchment system is in place with about 3,700 gallons of storage. Solar system has 840 watts of panels, 80 amp charge controller, 2500W continuous inverter, 400 amp hours of batteries and a honda powered DC alternator as backup. The structures consist of a 23'x 10' community cabin with wood stove where you can cook meals, watch movies and visit, a 13'x 13 1/2' bunk house with wood heat and gravity fed stall shower, a 16'x 7' trailer bedroom with wood heat and gravity fed shower. There are several storage structures as well as a shop. The shop has a 23'x 14' work area with benches with a 17'x 13' storage area. All structures except for storage units have power and lights. Most of the structures are cedar log framed. The bunk house and community structure are built using the ''rigid tarp'' system. The frames are wrapped with poly-bubble foil insulation that has a washable white interior. Then they are wrapped with heavy grade polyester- scrim reinforced tarping that is stretched and attached to the frame with roofing screws. The floors are OSB ( plywood) that is painted on both sides and laid on top of heavy duty polyethylene plastic. The plywood panels are connected with roof panel brackets to make one continuous floor. It is unconventional contruction but it was done with care and skill. The structures are in good condition and are handling the weather very well. If you want to ''live off the land'',you can hunt, fish and there is a 60'x 50' improved garden area, green house and cold frame.
